Responsibilities
  • Supervise operations during your shift.
  • Train and develop associates to their level.
  • Follow company policies.
  • Meet attendance, punctuality, and work guidelines.
  • Actively participate in daily business, with presence on the retail & salon floors.
  • Complete and submit required reports, forms, and projects accurately and on time.
  • Assist in attracting, developing, and retaining talent to meet staffing goals.
  • Support the General Manager in achieving revenue budgets for salon, spa, and retail.
  • Work with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
