Taco Bell in Thatcher, AZ is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, guide shift execution, and uphold Taco Bell standards. You will coach Team Members, handle customer concerns, and coordinate with the GM on performance and training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute MIC (Manager in Charge) routines to ensure consistency.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
