Job summary

Taco Bell in Claypool, AZ is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to guide shifts with energy and excellence. You will coach Team Members, ensure MIC routines, and uphold food safety and service quality while collaborating with the GM on business initiatives.

Qualified candidates have restaurant/retail experience, strong communication, and leadership skills, plus the physical ability to move workloads and operate a cash register as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Ability to operate cash register and make change accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC Success Routine and oversee Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.

About the Job:As a Shift Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, leading shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's high standards. You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
