Steak ’n Shake in Florida is hiring a Shift Manager. This role pays up to $19.50 per hour and comes with market-leading wages and bonus pay options. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, open and close shifts, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

• Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success
• Set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations
• Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly
