Steak ’n Shake is seeking a Shift Manager in Indianapolis to lead daily restaurant operations, drive strong openings/closings, and coach a team for exceptional guest service.

• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
