Job summary

Steak ’n Shake Port Charlotte is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence and accountability. You will lead the team to deliver fast, friendly service and ensure openings and closings run smoothly.

This role requires strong guest service, adherence to brand standards, and the ability to mentor staff in a fast-paced environment. US work authorization is required; compensation is up to $19.50 per hour with comprehensive benefits and perks.

• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
