Job summary

Steak ’n Shake is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations with energy and accountability. You’ll ensure strong openings and closings, set the shift tone, and deliver fast, friendly service that meets high brand standards.

Qualifications

• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly
