Job summary

Steak ’n Shake in Indiana is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, accountability, and a focus on guest satisfaction. You’ll open, close, coach team members, and ensure fast, accurate service while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• US work authorization.
• Prior supervisory/shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
