• Oversee shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and Managers during shifts to ensure outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers for smooth shift transitions.
• Achieve shift targets and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and promote high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
