Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to work for one of our top global tech clients! In this role, you will provide dedicated operational support to key grocery merchants throughout their onboarding journey and beyond. Your focus will be ensuring smooth store and item setup, driving operational metrics such as fulfillment rate and order completion rate and supporting promotional execution.

Pay: $42-$46/hr.

Location: Remote

About the Team:

The Grocery and Retail Merchant Operations team plays a critical role in enhancing the experience and operational quality of non-restaurant merchants across the US and Canada. Reporting into Central Operations, this team directly contributes to the goal of delivering exceptional merchant and customer experiences in the grocery and retail space.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide operational support including store and item setup, promotional execution, and ongoing merchant assistance
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics such as found rate*** fulfillment rate*** completion rate*** and defect rate*** identifying opportunities for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with merchants and internal teams to maintain alignment and drive successful outcomes
• Continuously optimize operational workflows for greater efficiency and impact

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating across internal teams and external partners
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• SQL experience for data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in third-party delivery or grocery/retail operations
• Comfortable with phone-based merchant support and account management tasks
