The Gillis Organization owns and operates McDonald’s Restaurant Franchises in Bergen, Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean County in New Jersey. Compensation

Salary range: $17.00 to $21.00 an hour starting salary, depending on experience and the volume of the locations. Monthly bonus opportunities are based on the performance matrix. In addition to your base pay, the Gillis Organization offers a program called Accelerate Your Pay (AYP), which rewards hourly employees who work for the needs of the business and want to grow their pay.

Requirements

The Fast Track Management Program is available based on experience. Shift Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers get a quick, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure excellent customer quality, service, and cleanliness.

Shifts can involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the change, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him or her to run a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
