Job summary

Steak ’n Shake in Indiana is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability. You will drive openings/closings, coach the team, and deliver fast, friendly service that meets brand standards.

• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
