Steak ’n Shake in Lansing, MI is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. You’ll open and close, coach teammates, and ensure fast, friendly service that meets brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• US work authorization required.
• Supervisory/restaurant management experience preferred.

• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
