Job summary

Popeyes Shawnee is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations. You will help the General/Assistant Manager, coach team members, and ensure smooth shifts while delivering Popeyes’ Cajun hospitality to guests.

The role requires at least 1 year in QSR, a HS diploma or GED preferred, and ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. POS familiarity and ServSafe are a plus; on-site physical work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Our Shift Leaders are the key to operating our restaurants daily. You will help support the General and/or Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
