Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations with passion and Cajun hospitality. You will support the General/Assistant Manager, guide a team, ensure orders are prepared to standard, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to withstand restaurant environment physical demands.
