Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader in Texas to help run daily restaurant operations and support the General/Assistant Manager. You will ensure shifts operate smoothly, train team members, and deliver Popeyes’ famous Cajun hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a Quick Service environment, familiarity with a POS system, and ServSafe certification is a plus. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Our Shift Leaders are the key to operating our restaurants daily. You will help support the General and/or Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
