P. Terry's Burger Stand in Texas is hiring Managers/Shift Leaders to deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You will lead in BOH and FOH, promote teamwork, and ensure healthful, high-quality food and drinks in a fast-paced environment. Roles include day and night shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others.
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Ability to lift, reach and bend for product.

Responsibilities

• Shift length can be 6-8 hours long.
• Set up the stand including stocking, ordering, inventory and cash handling.
• Count inventory and deposits.
• Ensure stand is clean, locked and safe.
• Lead in the stand when the GM is not present.
• Support the team and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Deliver great customer service and hospitality.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness.

PT and FT/Day and Night Shifts
Pay Range - $17 /hour to $ 20 /hour - depending on experience and certification level

Responsibilities

• Shift length can be 6-8 hours long.


• Setting up the stand which includes Stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.


• Count Inventory.


• Do deposits and count the drawers.


• Have all positions cleaned and closed down.


• Make sure the stand is locked and safe.


• Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.


• Supporting the team and jumping in where needed.


• Creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back.


• Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family.


• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant

Requirements
