Job summary

P. Terry's Burger Stand in Austin, TX is seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders for Day, Night and Overnight shifts. You will lead in BOH and FOH, ensure top guest experiences, and supervise crew with a focus on service, quality, and safety.

Requirements include 1 year of restaurant experience, ability to lift 35-50 lbs, promote teamwork, and manage shifts. Competitive hourly wage of 16 to 22 dollars per hour with opportunities for growth, Christmas bonus, loans, cake on birthday, free shift

Responsibilities

• Shift length can be 6-8 hours long
• Setting up the stand which includes Stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk
• Count Inventory
• Do deposits and count the drawers
• Have all positions cleaned and closed down
• Make sure the stand is locked and safe
• Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present
• Supporting the team and jumping in where needed
• Creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back
• Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant

Pay Range - $16 /hour to $ 22 /hour - depending on experience and certification level
