Job summary

P. Terry's Burger Stand in Texas is seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders who are committed to delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

You will lead in both BOH and FOH, and be responsible for day-to-day stand operations, shift coverage, and guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience
• Ability to promote teamwork and develop others
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
• Day and/or Night shift availability

Responsibilities

• Set up the stand including stocking stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
• Count inventory and perform deposits, count drawers.
• Ensure all positions are cleaned and the stand is closed down and locked.
• Be in charge of the stand when the GM is not present.
• Support the team and jump in where needed.
• Create a positive and proactive atmosphere with teammates.
• Deliver great customer service and treat guests like family.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.

Pay Range - $16 /hour to $ 22 /hour - depending on experience and certification level

Responsibilities

• Shift length can be 6-8 hours long.
• Setting up the stand which includes Stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
• Count Inventory.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product.
