Job description

Join the team at EGGS UP GRILL Riverview as a FOH SHIFT MANAGER + SERVER. This dual role involves serving and managerial responsibilities.

Our hours are from 6am to 2pm, serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Availability on weekends and holidays is required. Shift times vary from 5am to 4:30pm. Candidates should be multitaskers, professional, customer service-oriented, with proper phone etiquette. Experience in cooking and back-of-house is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with technology for food orders, inventory, scheduling, and efficiency is essential.

This is a full-time position, paying weekly, with 40-45 hours per week, including weekends. Serious applicants only.

• Minimum 18 months of managerial experience in a full-service restaurant. The role includes serving duties, especially in the absence of the general manager.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have a Managers Safe Serve or equivalent certification, with knowledge of state regulations.
• Tips are earned in addition to weekly pay due to serving duties.
• Negotiable pay based on experience and skills.

Location: 3920 US 301 Riverview, FL 33578 (between Falkenburg & 301).

Additional Requirements

• Experience with expo is a plus.
• Menu knowledge, excellent communication, order entry, inventory control, and front-of-house experience are required.
• Managing staff schedules, adapting to fast-paced environments, catering prep and management, B2B marketing, guest and team resolution, third-party management, and to-go packaging are responsibilities.
• Clean driving record for offsite catering transport.
• Ability to facilitate team meetings, organized, punctual, and reliable.
