Legacy Wendy’s is seeking a Shift Manager to support the restaurant management team in leading crew members, ensuring friendly service and high quality products Wendy’s is known for.

You must be at least 18 with 1 year of fast food supervisory experience; reliable transportation and strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills are required to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-person, full-time role at a Wendy’s franchise location.

As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.

• Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors
• Supervising Crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our Guests
• Executing cost control systems
• Having a “Can-Do” Attitude when working as part of the Team
