Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. seeks a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, delivering legendary experiences for guests.

You will join a team focused on timely service, accuracy, and high standards. This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering memorable guest moments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages where permitted.
• Strong time management and guest service skills.
