Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will support and coach team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and guests enjoy legendary experiences.

This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and excellent guest service skills, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by law.
