Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and to lead the team. You will coach staff, ensuring tasks are performed accurately and efficiently, contributing to smooth service and guest satisfaction.

This role emphasizes guest experience and team development in a fast-paced dining environment. We value leadership, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages as required by law.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist management by coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

YOU GOT THIS
