Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Iowa City is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guests have legendary experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of restaurant or bar experience, are of legal age to serve alcohol, and demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail, and outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (as per law).
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Support and coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

YOU GOT THIS
