Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Ames, IA is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You’ll work with the management team to support staff, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and help drive a lively, guest-focused atmosphere that aligns with our service standards.

Prior restaurant or bar experience is preferred, plus strong time-management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist management with coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guests are served well.

YOU GOT THIS
