Taco Bell in McComb, MS is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. As a Shift Lead, you will coach team members, resolve customer concerns, and partner with the GM on business initiatives to drive results.

You will oversee food safety, order accuracy, and shift tasks, manage cash and labor, and help recruit and train staff. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to handle cash, ensure food safety, and manage inventories.
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.

You'll take charge, resolving customer concerns and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Your leadership will inspire others as you coach and guide your team to success. Partnering with the management team, you'll play a key role in business initiatives, helping to shape the future of our restaurant.
