Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, overseeing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a successful shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping their Departments achieve goals.
