Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team. You will coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and help create memorable guest experiences.

The role emphasizes time management, attention to detail, and exceptional guest service. Pay ranges are provided with potential for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (as required by law).
• Ability to fuel moments worth sharing with exceptional time management and guest service skills.

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
