Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and to support and coach team members for excellent guest experiences.

You should bring restaurant or bar experience and the ability to manage time, attention to detail and guest service with a professional, positive attitude. This role is base hourly pay with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by law.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
