Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations. You will supervise the shift-by-shift tasks and coach team members to ensure excellent service and efficient execution. This role emphasizes creating legendary experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with state/local food handling certification, and a background in restaurant or quick-service settings. Equal opportunity employer. $17.50–$24.00 hourly.

Qualifications

You will also assist the General Manager in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests.

YOU GOT THIS

• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You are certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
• Preferably, you have at least two years of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience.
• You know what it takes to create legendary experiences between friends and have exceptional guest service skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
