Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants, and we need great leaders on our team! We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record the restaurant's success
• Manages inventory

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, leading the team, managing inventory, completing paperwork, and handling financial deposits. They lead daily shifts and ensure the store is well-maintained at closing.

Working Hard! Physical Demands Include:

• Counting money accurately
• Reading and writing in English
