Position: Shift Supervisor

What does a Shift Supervisor do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record the restaurant’s success
• Manages inventory

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, maintaining customer satisfaction, and leading the team effectively. Key skills include organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, along with inventory management and paperwork handling.

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with your team

Physical Demands

• Counting money accurately
• Reading and writing in English
