Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is looking for a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team. You will coach team members and help ensure tasks are performed smoothly to deliver legendary guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of restaurant or bar experience, strong time management, attention to detail, and exceptional guest service skills. This role offers growth within a company that values training and advancement.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
