What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

The ultimate responsibility for our Shift Supervisor is to ensure that the store is delivering quality food and keeping our customers happy and full. Shift Managers lead their team, inspire staff, and resolve issues using organizational, communication, and developmental skills. Knowledge of team responsibilities and inventory management are crucial. Completing paperwork, managing financials, and handling deposits are also part of the role. They lead daily shifts and close the store at the end of the day.
