Job summary

Steak ’n Shake Mishawaka is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability in Mishawaka. You will set up openings and closings, motivate the team, and ensure fast, friendly service that exceeds guest expectations.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
