Steak ’n Shake in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring strong openings and closings and motivating the team for success. You will deliver fast, friendly service and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

• Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end‑of‑day reports
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment built on trust and respect
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly
