SHIFT MANAGER

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure that restaurants are clean and well maintained, all company procedures are followed, and standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service are met.
• Control costs within budgeted levels related to cash handling, food products, labor, supplies, energy consumption, etc.
• Manage cash register setup and shift change.
• Supervise a team of 4 or more employees per shift, directing and communicating effectively while maintaining customer service standards.
• Train new and existing team members as requested.
• Complete administrative duties related to shift management.
• Place product orders, post sales readings, and conduct shift awareness walkthroughs.
• Observe all safety and security procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• ServSafe certification required.

Availability

Must be available to work at least 3 days a week and one full shift (opening, mid, or closing).

Environmental Conditions

• Work may occur both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to temperature changes.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing. Lifting requirements include up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
