A leading fast-food chain is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations. This role involves supervising team members, ensuring quality standards, and handling administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma, customer service skills, and ServSafe certification.

Availability
Must be available to work at least 3 days a week and one full shift (opening, mid, or closing).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment may include indoor conditions and exposure to weather, temperature changes, and hazards such as moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, heat, chemicals, fumes, odors, dust, gases, or poor ventilation. Equipment
Includes fryers, thermalizer, grills, freezers, menu boards, computers, cash registers, filtering machines, steam units, holding cabinets, storage units, soda fountain stations, microwaves, utensils, drive-thru systems, coolers, and hot holding lines.
Physical Demands
Employees must be able to stand, handle or feel with hands, reach, communicate, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, sit, climb, or balance. Regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities.
