Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shift Manager to join our team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee operational tasks including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
  2. Train and develop team members to ensure high-quality service
  3. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  4. Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial goals
  5. Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  6. Collaborate with management to improve processes and procedures
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
