Food & Beverage Shift Manager at Broken Bow Reel Em In

Hourly Rate: $19.85 | Full-Time

Schedule:

  • Sunday-Monday: 10am - 6:30pm
  • Thursday: 4:30pm - 1am
  • Friday: 6:30pm - 3am
  • Saturday: 3pm - 11:30pm

Off days: Tuesday and Wednesday

Note: Weekly Earned Wage Access is available for this position.

Job Purpose or Objective(s):

As the Food & Beverage Shift Manager, you will oversee operations during your assigned shift, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards and procedures. You will report directly to the Venue Manager.

Primary Tasks:
  1. Manage line staff to deliver excellent guest service, teamwork, and camaraderie.
  2. Monitor associates for compliance with company and franchise standards.
  3. Schedule staff to meet guest needs while controlling labor costs.
  4. Participate in recruitment, hiring recommendations, and training of new staff.
  5. Monitor guest satisfaction through direct interaction.
  6. Resolve customer complaints according to conflict resolution protocols.
  7. Address associate and point of sale system issues.
  8. Maintain service standards as per SOPs.
  9. Oversee sanitation of all assigned areas.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Knowledge of products, service, and appearance standards of beverage outlets.
  • Understanding of food and beverage cost control systems.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
