Job summary

Moe's Southwest Grill | Sterling Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor in Madison, Alabama. Lead by example, help teammates succeed, and ensure every greeting–Welcome to Moe's–is memorable. You will organize shifts, coach staff, and uphold quality and guest satisfaction during busy periods.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred. You will supervise 15–25 team members, maintain standards, and help drive restaurant results in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Initiative and the ability to motivate and supervise a team of 15-25.
• Clear communication, organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities during busy shifts.

The role involves prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, repetitive hand movements, lifting supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and working around hot and cold restaurant equipment.
