Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during shifts and support team members across all areas of the bakery. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will help with opening/closing, cash handling, daily reporting, and maintaining food safety and sanitation. Weekend/holiday availability is often required; opportunities exist for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles in retail/food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

As a Shift Manager, you will lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, support team members across all areas of the bakery, and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service while maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution

• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to managementi

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
