Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in California is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations on assigned shifts and to support team members across all areas of the bakery. You will help ensure outstanding guest service while upholding quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will coach, train, and supervise staff, handle opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reporting, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. A strong, energetic leader is essential for this role.

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
