Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during shifts, support team members across all areas of the bakery, and ensure guests receive exceptional service while upholding quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will coach and train staff, handle opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reporting, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met. The role emphasizes guest service, production support, and a positive team culture.

As a Shift Manager, you will lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, support team members across all areas of the bakery, and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service while maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to managementi
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
