Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts in Kent, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed efficiently.

You’ll bring prior supervision experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, strong time management and guest service skills, and a commitment to making every guest feel welcome while driving daily operations and standards.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team in coaching and supporting team members.
• Ensure tasks are performed effectively and standards are maintained.
