Job summary

Dunkin’ in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guest service is top notch.

Ideal candidates have prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, are 18 years of age or older, and excel in time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

• Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
