Job summary

Workstream is looking for a Shift Leader in Irving, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, ideally with skills in team leadership and conflict resolution. Responsibilities include supporting management in daily operations and providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills are essential. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Our Shift Leaders are the key to operating our restaurants daily. You will help support the General and/or Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
