Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader in Oklahoma City who will support the General Manager and ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead restaurant teams, deliver great guest experiences, and uphold Popeyes Cajun Hospitality with pride.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in QSR, strong leadership and communication, and the stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training and advancement opportunities are available as part of our team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system; ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Our Shift Leaders are the key to operating our restaurants daily. You will help support the General and/or Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®'s famous Cajun Hospitality.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
