Job summary

Popeyes in Dallas is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and lead team members with a focus on guest service. You will work with the General/Assistant Manager to ensure smooth shifts, uphold standards, and deliver Popeyes’ signature Cajun Hospitality.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and maintaining high service quality while handling the physical demands of a fast-paced kitchen and dining area.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

• Support the General and/or Assistant Manager to ensure each shift runs smoothly.
• Coach and develop team members through training initiatives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to keep guests coming back.
